RESULTS OF OPEN OFFER
Johnson announces that it has received valid acceptances in respect of 39,828,824 Open Offer Shares, representing approximately 79.7 per cent. of the total number of Open Offer Shares offered to Shareholders pursuant to the Open Offer announced on 6 August 2008.
As set out in the Prospectus published by the Company dated 6 August 2008, the Open Offer has not been underwritten, therefore in accordance with the arrangements set out in Part 6 of the Prospectus, 39,828,824 Open Offer Shares have been subscribed for by Qualifying Shareholders under the Open Offer. This represents approximately 19.0 per cent. of the Existing Issued Ordinary Share Capital and 16.0 per cent. of the Enlarged Issued Share Capital of the Company.
The Open Offer remains conditional upon Admission, 39,828,824 Open Offer Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM with effect from 8 a.m. on Monday 8 September 2008.
Thereafter the Company will have a total of 249,302,482 shares in issue.
Set out below is an expected timetable of principal events in relation to the Open Offer.

Date of Admission and commencement of dealings on AIM 8.00 a.m. on 8 September 2008
Credit of CREST accounts with Open Offer Shares 8 September 2008
Expected date of despatch of definitive share certificates for Open Offer Shares in certificated form On or around 15 September 2008
