Further re: Disposal of Johnson Clothing
Further to the announcement made on 28 April 2008 regarding the disposal of Johnson Clothing Limited, the Board of Johnson Service Group is pleased to announce that it has today received £4.6 million following agreement with the purchaser of Johnson Clothing Limited in respect of certain post completion adjustments (as set out in paragraph 2 Part V of the Circular to Shareholders dated 11 April 2008). This, together with the £82.5 million received at the time of the disposal, bring the total consideration to £87.1 million.
